How we work
1to1design is interdisciplinary, multicultural, multilingual, family, hardworking and thorough. We focus on developing and implementing our own and customer projects from the very first idea. Our services and capabilities are wide-ranging: design, construction, prototype construction and series production - all there. From the sketch to the product, neither the fun nor the zeal is lost.

One Team
Together we are an open team, a mix of solid experience, substantial knowledge and hearty curiosity. Being open means that only in cooperation with the customer, the suppliers and the producers we come to a whole. In fixed project groups with reliable project management, we ensure the consistent development and constant flow of information. For this to work, we pay attention to a good tone, argue factually sound, but not without emotion.

Work internship
We offer internships combined with work experience at the side of experienced designers and engineers, where you can find out about work in the field of industrial design and get inspired by the atmosphere of a design studio. You learn building mock-ups and the development of new products with a high added value. We expect interns to be independent, burning for the project, able to communicate actively and directly and having a responsible approach.
