Sometimes a specific problem needs an individual solution and special parts need to be created that are not manageable by manufactures of components within their fixed production processes or numbers. Here we are ready to provide the helping hand.

We are able to fulfil the need of producing small series parts, such as 3D pressed stretch metal and expanded metal parts, but we can also assist in tool design and creation for series production, for example aluminium mould for producing injected PU parts.

INJECTION MOLDS FOR POLYUTHERANE

After construction of the part the cast is constructed for small series production (<1.000). Milling in aluminum. Cooperation with Czech suppliers.

LARGE SIZE ABS VACUUM FORMING MOLDS

Aluminum forms for vacuum molding. Preparing the form. Construction of the mold. Large size milling for creating aluminum casts in over size. Re-milling the surfaces to achieve precise tools. Producing vacuum forming tools up to 2.5x1.3m (also casts for headliner material). Producing cutting jigs for post processing ABS parts.
